Cannes - For the first time, China Advertising Association will host a series of exciting activities at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival on 15th and 16th June 2008. These events will provide an enlightening insight into the relationship between the world of Chinese advertising and its economy.
Daniela Riccardi, Procter & Gamble's Greater China President, and Pully Chau, CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi, two China experts in marketing and branding, have been invited by China Advertising Association to speak at China Forum, Cannes Lions 2008. They will be exploring China's new brand matrix, the new China consumer value, new media diversity and trends, the rise in luxury brands leading to polarized segmentation and the need for tiered communications.
Pully Chau will be the first Chinese to stand on the Cannes rostrum to present China's advertising industry to the world. She will share with the audience some outstanding case studies of creative idea navigation across multiple consumer touchpoints; how the fast-changing China is inspiring the world and how the world is creating a modern China.
Daniela Riccardi will demonstrate how Lovemarks can be built by leveraging on strong consumer relationships, commitment to marketing innovation and high involvement of agency partners to transform their brands and reputation.
The China Forum will take place at 10am on Monday, 16th June, at The Debussy. There will also be a Celebration Beach Party on the Sunday night, 15th June, on the Carlton Beach (see invitations below). Please join us there!
