London - Magnus Djaba, the
UK CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi London, has been promoted to CEO of the Saatchi
& Saatchi Fallon UK group.
He replaces Robert
Senior, who continues in his current role of EMEA CEO at Saatchi & Saatchi.
Senior took the SSF UK position in 2007, when the group was originally created.
Senior said:
“Magnus has deep understanding of - and respect for - the Fallon brand. He is
also a natural leader who has achieved great things at Saatchi & Saatchi, so
this is the ideal time for him to add this new role to his remit.”
Djaba will continue
his current responsibilities as head of the Saatchi & Saatchi London group,
which he has recently grown through the acquisition of the digital agency
Outside Line, as well as by adding Saatchi & Saatchi X and Saatchi Masius
to the portfolio.
As SSF group CEO,
he will work with James Townsend, David Hackworthy and Santiago Lucero, the
management team at Fallon, to further build on the agency’s recent success.
Before being named
Saatchi & Saatchi London CEO in September 2011, Djaba was the managing
director at Fallon, where he had worked for 8 years.
Djaba said: “I'm
very proud of the work we've done on transforming Saatchi & Saatchi London,
and will continue to focus on building that success. But Fallon is a part of my
own personal and professional history so I’m very happy to also be there for
James, David and Santi as they pursue their ambition to make great work, that
works.”
