Shanghai - Saatchi &
Saatchi China is once again honoured as China Creative Agency of the Year, the
second consecutive year for the agency to bring home this award, following its
win in 2013.
The award is
presented to China's creative agencies based on the analysis and performance
rankings in the C-R3 annual agency assessment report, which is jointly released
by China Advertising magazine and world well-known R3 Management Consulting
Company. The annual report makes an independent and objective assessment of
each agency, ranking them on a wide range of performance criteria, including
new business development, creative awards received, initiative, review and
interviews with senior marketing personnel and trade media representatives.
“The agency had one
of its strongest years under the leadership of Michael Lee. New clients
included Minute Maid, Buick, La Cadiere, Choclairs, Puma and others. Nano
Movies for Nippon Paint and kids washing hands game for Safeguard proved their
innovation on creative solution. They also launched a comprehensive Women Study
across Greater China with Starcom. Except for Cannes, Saatchi also won Spikes,
London International Advertising Awards and some local awards, and the agency
was ranked 2nd in the China Agency of the Year awards by Campaign. We are
looking for more innovative works from Saatchi & Saatchi in 2014.” Comment from C-R3 report.
“Winning the C-R3
Creative Agency of the Year for two consecutive years is an extraordinary achievement
for Saatchi & Saatchi China,” said Michael Lee, Saatchi & Saatchi
Greater China CEO (pictured). "I would like to first thank each of our employees
at Saatchi & Saatchi China for their hard work day in and day out. And I
must also thank our clients for their continued support, which is the force
driving us to achieve today’s success. It is my hope that as our business grows
and we continue to take on more industry responsibility in the future, we are
able to lead the entire advertising industry to new heights. Finally, thanks to
China Advertising magazine and R3 for their recognition of our
achievements."
