Dusseldorf - This is
what efficient work looks like nowadays: presentations and the beloved cup of
coffee are automatically delivered straight to the desk, plants practically
water themselves and mobile, worldwide videoconferences are part of everyday
life. This sounds like one of those ideas that start-ups come up with to change
the world and make companies more productive, faster and better. But are they
also sensible and feasible? The B2B expert Saatchi & Saatchi Pro looks into
this question on behalf of the Deutsche Telekom – with an amusing persiflage of
the popular Kickstarter videos on the Internet, which start-ups often use to
present their innovations.
The
protagonist in the video, which was created and realised by Saatchi &
Saatchi Pro, is a small drone called ‘Office Drone’. In his video, the German
film director Max Erlenwein charmingly implements the little helicopter to introduce
a new product for Telekom business customers: ‘TeamLike’, a social network for
companies – it is the Intranet, Social Media for the business and a project
platform rolled into one.
“With this
offer, we provide small and medium-sized companies with a modern tool for new
ways of working together as a team, and are therefore offering a real and
sustainable added-value for daily office life,” states Dirk Backofen, Head of
Business Customer Marketing at Telekom Deutschland. ‘TeamLike’ optimises communication
and connects employees and resources. Posting, liking and chatting – all in a
company-appropriate and secure manner: made in Germany. The platform also
facilitates the exchange of knowledge – a real benefit for all involved.”
“With this
viral, we aim to generate interest for ‘TeamLike’ by targeting companies, thus
inspiring Telekom business customers for the social network,” Alexander Reiss,
Executive Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, explains the idea behind
the viral.
The film
is now online on the corresponding microsite https://www.telekom.de/drohneand
will be advertised intensively for three months by Saatchi & Saatchi Pro
via YouTube, Facebook and Google Ads as well as on other digital and Social
Media channels. Bloggers and target group-relevant multipliers are also being
made aware of the spot.
