New York, NY - Saatchi & Saatchi New York announces that Vladislav Ivangorodsky and James Maravetz have joined the agency as Creative Directors.
Prior to his move to Saatchi & Saatchi, Vlad was a Creative Director at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami and worked on campaigns for Coke Zero, Arby's, and Under Armour. James was also most recently with Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami. His work includes Under Armour, Arby's, Vitaminwater, and MetLife's Super Bowl rebranding campaign.
About Vlad and James
Vladislav Ivangorodsky
A native of Ukraine, Vlad moved to Brooklyn in 1988, where he earned a BFA from Pratt Institute.
He started his career at Euro RSCG in New York, working on Volvo, Evian, and Dos Equis.
Later, he spent time at BBH NY, TBWA/CHIAT/LA, and W+K Portland, producing work for Johnnie Walker, Vaseline, Axe, Nissan, Jeep and Dodge.
Since joining CP+B Miami in 2011 as Creative Director, Vlad has led major campaigns for Coke Zero, Arby's, and Under Armour.
In his free time, Vlad can be found at the bottom of the ocean, holding his breath so he can shoot fish with his spear.
James Maravetz
After years of bartending in New York, James broke into advertising at the now defunct Cliff Freeman and Partners, winning awards for his work on CBS, Snapple and YouthAids.
James followed a brief stint at Devito/Verdi with a move to the resurging Y&R NY, leading creative for LG, Xerox, Tiger Beer, and Office Depot.
He joined Crispin in 2011, and as Creative Director led work on Under Armour, Arby's, Vitaminwater, and MetLife's Super Bowl rebranding campaign.
