London - ArcelorMittal has appointed Team Saatchi to help it become one of the world's most attractive employers, after a three-way pitch. Team Saatchi will develop a communications campaign to attract talented employees to ArcelorMittal at the same time strengthening and developing its corporate brand awareness and reputation.
The global campaign will launch in May 2008.
In June 2006 Arcelor and Mittal Steel merged to become the world's largest steel company. With 310,000 employees in more than 60 countries, it is also one of the 30 biggest employers in the world.
