Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors’ Showcase #feelthereel screens at the Barbican in London on Thursday 3rd July.
Leading global creative agency Saatchi & Saatchi will develop a series of advertising campaigns for some of Russia's most promising startups waiving all agency fees, a value of over USD 200,000. Organized in cooperation with the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF), this initiative to aid in the development of Internet entrepreneurship in Russia will launch in early 2014.
"We think this project is a wonderful way to demonstrate the power of creativity, and its potential to transform Russia," commented Shannon Cullum, CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Russia. "Great ideas are at the heart of these start-ups, and the key to any sustainable business and new, more creative companies are at the heart of Russia's sustainable development. We look forward to partnering with these young entrepreneurs and demonstrating the role our creativity can play in helping them launch and grow their businesses."
Saatchi & Saatchi Russia will be developing and implementing an advertising campaign to launch and in some instances scale selected new business projects within Russia. Saatchi will choose the finalists among IIDF participants as per the following criteria:
A shortlist has been selected based on a series of interviews and an analysis of candidates' business models. The list of finalists:

Final selection will take place by the end of 2013.

Internet Initiatives Development Fund
The Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) delivers financial support and expertise to promising online startups during their early stages of development. IIDF launches its first program in Moscow with several enrolments per year with more programs scheduled across all of Russia. IIDF also supports educational, legislation and infrastructural projects that help build a transparent, full-fledged industry of small and medium online businesses in Russia.
